Leura Park Estate has reinforced its status as a Geelong wine powerhouse by receiving a multitude of prominent wine awards throughout 2011, including a prestigious Gold Medal for our 2010 Vintage Grande Cuvee Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay at the recent French-Australian Chamber of Commer (FACC) Le Concours des Vins du Victoria.

This award tops off a fulfilling year of accolades for a dedicated winemaking and vineyard team who are committed to ensuring our wines are quality, sophisticated wines.

It's started!  And we're excited...

We've started with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for our sparkling bases, and we're picking around the clock!  No rest for the wicked in making delicious, award-winning wines...

Exciting news for Geelong and The Bellarine.  Just landed is a new range of naturally brewed ciders, courtesy of the Flying Brick Cider Co, a new concept and enterprise for The Bellarine.

Brewed onsite at local winery, Leura Park Estate, the Flying Brick range comprises three ciders– Original, Draught and Pear.

Director of Leura Park Estate, Lyndsay Sharp said all the ciders were naturally brewed using traditional methods and made from 100% fresh fruit with no added sugars and no colourings.

Grab a deck chair, cruise on the lawn, enjoy live music from the 60's, 70's and 80's EVERY SUNDAY at Leura Park Estate!  An array of great contemporary musicians will be performing at the Cellar Door! 12.30 - 4.30pm. . .

Sooooo, come in and taste some fine wine. . .indulge in a gourmet pizza or platter and kick back on the lawn to some great sound!

And don't worry about the weather ...  if the sun is shining - sit out on the lawn or underneath an umbrella;  if the clouds are ominous - the pods will protect you, and a glass of red will warm your soul.

We extended our family here at Leura Park, and both Maisy and Bento have certainly made themselves known around the vineyard!  Here they are, hanging out together in the winery, watching all the action...
