This spectacular hand picked Sauvignon Blanc proffers a soft vanilla aroma and elegant silky finish.  A short time on premium French oak – whilst undetectable -  has softened the acids and rendered a smooth tender palate and allowed dainty melon and pear overtones to shine through.

Hand picked from the pride of our chardonnay vines, BLOCK 1, the fruit was whole bunch pressed, evolved in wild yeast fermentation and nurtured on premium French Oak for 12 months.  Words that do justice to this stunning wine are hard to find, it is so very sophisticated.  Length and finish are sublimely elegant.  The acclaimed Leura Park Estate lime characteristics are complimented by delightful notes of white nectarine, honey dew melon and youthful fig.
